Traditional multiplex PCR requires a ‘panel-based’ approach to multiplexing – where the assay pairs have to be extensively optimized and always run together. BHQplex CoPrimers is unique, and enables interchangeability of assays with little to no optimization of assay pairs required. This allows you to retain workflow flexibility, and apply the technology to workflows that require variable assay combinations.
