What does ‘assay interchangeability’ mean, and why does it matter?
Assay Interchangeability means you can pair any two working assays together with little to no optimization required. It’s what sets BHQplex CoPrimers apart from traditional multiplex PCR, and is what enables you to maintain workflow flexibility in workflows that require variable assay combinations.
This is possible with BHQplex CoPrimers due to the presence of the linker, which, together with a high Tm, drives stringency and specificity.
