What do I need in order to run a multiplex PCR reaction using BHQplex CoPrimers?
You will need BHQplex CoPrimers designed to your target of interest, a fluorescent detection instrument capable of reading chosen dyes (for multiplexing, you will need 5-dyes available), and BHQ probe Master Mix. You will also need standard materials (plates, pipettes, etc.) to set up the PCR reaction.
