All BHQplex CoPrimers will be shipped lyophilised, and are purchased as individual components. Customers are advised to resuspend all oligonucleotides to 100 µM, from which make working assays (for example 40x or 80x), and then from these assay mixes, set up a genotyping reaction mix. Following this method will eliminate the need for pipetting very small volumes, and will allow for aliquoting and storage of stock reagents to allow for consistency and minimise freeze-thawing.
